Every year around February there is a fabulous Hot Chocolate Festival. Cafes and Restaurants all over Vancouver come up with these amazing Hot Chocolate Recipes (okay some of them are kinda crazy). This one was a few years ago at a Macaron Shop called Soirette! They are usually served with a small treat. The goal is to try as many as you can in the 4 weeks of the Festival. Afternoon Tea is my Guilty Pleasure. There were so many places I could have gone to in NYC for this. I chose the Whitby. The quirkiest Hotel I have ever encountered and it was amazing.
